School Counselors and Special Education Teachers Involvement in Leadership Activities at their School Sites
Effective leadership comes from different educators on school campuses, including school counselors (SCs) and special education (SE) teachers. Recent studies showed how important and effective school counselor and special education teacher leaders can be at school sites. Having a shared or collaborative leadership model supports diversity and equity in schools. To better support the collaborative nature of school leadership, this project focused on: What levels of leadership do special education teachers and school counselors exert at their school sites? This study explored both the effectiveness and importance of special education teachers and school counselor leaders through a literature review and qualitative semi-structured survey. The participants surveyed were currently working in K-12 schools as counselors, special education teachers, and principals. Findings showed how school counselors and special education teacher leaders work with principals to help increase the culture of success at schools

ICT in the New Zealand Family Court
The New Zealand Family Court (NZFC) is an ideal public sector application for social informatics. In a study investigating ICT-assisted communications which was conducted with multiple court stakeholders, paradoxical results emerged. This research is positioned within a five-fold layered theoretical framework encompassing: private/public space; sense of self; emotional energies; digital citizenship; and (Sawyer, 2005)’s five common observations about research in the field of social informatics. This richly textured theoretical framework provides grounding for results within and across disciplines revealing deeply engrained behaviours, emotional states, customs, workplace cultures, and the problems associated with solving private problems in public spaces

Educational guidance strategies in the case of undergraduate pupils of student mobility
This work attends to identify and characterize the educational guidance strategies in the case of undergraduate pupils of student mobility. Although there are wide national and international backgrounds related to guidance, investigations on educational guidance in the case here considered are considerably few. In our context we can take into account a growing increase of students who decide to study undergraduate degree at national universities, which leads to the need to develop guidance intervention strategies that accompany and promote their educational histories. In this work at first place we describe the backgrounds and characteristics of the student mobility at the Psychology School of the National University of La Plata (2007-2017), from the systematization and analysis of institutional documentary sources. Secondly, the educational guidance actions implemented with students who studied subjects in the second semester of the 2017 school year are specifically analyzed. For this purpose, a semi-structured interview was designed and implemented, organized in different axes, which was applied to the aforementioned students. Finally, results are discussed and intervention strategies are proposed that consider institutions and significant actors for student mobility processes at the university level.Facultad de PsicologÃ
