Pembukaan Kerahasiaan Data Pribadi Pasien dan Data Pribadi Masyarakat Untuk Pelacakan Kontak Demi Menekan Penyebaran Covid-19

Abstract In health care, the confidentiality of the patient's personal data basically must be kept confidential. However, various statutory provisions allow its opening under various conditions. The pandemic triggered the expansion of the confidentiality polemic on health law, which was initially limited to private patient data to become private public data. Contextualization of data privacy and contact tracing is done by understanding the correlation between Medical Secrets, Medical Records, Health Data, Health Information, and Health Information Systems. Covid-19 contact tracing can be done manually and by utilizing an application (software). Improved regulations, transparancy, and community participation are necessary so that contact tracing applications do not ignore the importance of privacy. This affects the quality of the country's democracy. Keywords: Covid-19; Confidentiality of Data Privacy; Contact Tracing.   Abstrak Dalam pemeliharaan kesehatan, kerahasiaan data pribadi pasien pada dasarnya harus dirahasiakan, namun berbagai ketentuan peraturan-perundangan membolehkan pembukaannya dengan berbagai syarat. Pandemi memicu meluasnya polemik kerahasiaan pada hukum kesehatan yang awalnya sebatas data pribadi pasien menjadi data pribadi masyarakat.  Kontekstualisasi privasi data dan pelacakan kontak dilakukan dengan memahami korelasi antara Rahasia Kedokteran, Rekam Medis, Data Kesehatan, Informasi Kesehatan, dan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan.  Pelacakan kontak Covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan cara manual dan dengan cara memanfaatkan aplikasi (perangkat lunak). Perbaikan regulasi, transparansi, dan pengikutsertaan masyarakat perlu agar aplikasi pelacakan kontak tidak mengabaikan pentingnya privasi. Global governance: an agenda for Europe

Governance of the global economy is becoming a pressing matter and the situation is compounded by the growing number and diversity of players in the global economy. The authors argue that Europe is now in a position to take a leading role. Not only is it in Europeâ??s interest to reform the global governance system, but it also has the experience necessary to do so. The vacuum created by the seeming reluctance of the US to drive the agenda forward could be filled by the European Union.
