Actualización del formato reporte de eventos adversos de la E.S.E. Camu Moñitos del departamento de Córdoba

Patient safety has been established as part of the essential standards for providing quality health services in all health institutions, due to the degree of danger that exists in each care process. An adverse event is unintentional damage caused to the patient, directly related to health care. therefore, the present study is carried out with the main objective of updating the adverse event reporting format of the E.S.E Camú Moñitos of the department of Córdoba taking into account the guidelines governed by the Ministry of Health and Social Protection in the current legislation. A descriptive study with a quantitative approach was also implemented. It is obtained as a result that once the incident or adverse event related to the patient’s care is detected, Service personnel should take into account what is described in the procedure Reporting and management of events related to patient care in the format designed and updated 2019 version 2.0. In conclusion, it takes into account the antecedents presented and in order to reduce morbidity and mortality caused by errors in health care, This is why we present the structure called EA reports which will allow monitoring and follow-up for decisionmaking regarding patient safety.INTRODUCCIÓN 131. RECOMENDACIONES 43La seguridad del paciente se ha establecido como parte de normas indispensables para brindar servicios de salud con calidad en todas las instituciones sanitarias, debido al grado de peligrosidad que existe en cada proceso de atención. Un evento adverso es un daño no intencional causado al paciente, relacionado directamente con los cuidados en salud. por lo tanto, el presente estudio se realiza con el objetivo principal de actualizar el formato de reporte de eventos adversos de la E.S.E Camú Moñitos del departamento de Córdoba teniendo en cuenta los lineamientos regidos por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social en la legislación vigente. Asimismo, se implementó un estudio de tipo descriptivo con enfoque cuantitativo. Se obtiene como resultado que una vez se detecta el incidente o evento adverso relacionado con la atención del paciente, el personal del servicio debe tener en cuenta lo descrito en el procedimiento Reporte y gestión de eventos relacionados con la atención del paciente con el formato diseñado y actualizada de 2019 versión 2.0. En conclusión, tiene en cuenta los antecedentes presentados y con el fin de disminuir la morbilidad y la mortalidad ocasionada por los errores de atención en salud, por esto se presenta la estructura denominada reportes de EA el cual permitirá el monitoreo y seguimiento para la toma de decisiones en cuanto a seguridad del paciente.PregradoAdministrador(a) en SaludPráctica Empresaria
