Multipartite quantum correlations: symplectic and algebraic geometry approach
We review a geometric approach to classification and examination of quantum
correlations in composite systems. Since quantum information tasks are usually
achieved by manipulating spin and alike systems or, in general, systems with a
finite number of energy levels, classification problems are usually treated in
frames of linear algebra. We proposed to shift the attention to a geometric
description. Treating consistently quantum states as points of a projective
space rather than as vectors in a Hilbert space we were able to apply powerful
methods of differential, symplectic and algebraic geometry to attack the
problem of equivalence of states with respect to the strength of correlations,
or, in other words, to classify them from this point of view. Such
classifications are interpreted as identification of states with `the same
correlations properties' i.e. ones that can be used for the same information
purposes, or, from yet another point of view, states that can be mutually
transformed one to another by specific, experimentally accessible operations.
It is clear that the latter characterization answers the fundamental question
`what can be transformed into what \textit{via} available means?'. Exactly such
an interpretations, i.e, in terms of mutual transformability can be clearly
formulated in terms of actions of specific groups on the space of states and is
the starting point for the proposed methods.Comment: 29 pages, 9 figures, 2 tables, final form submitted to the journa
Homological Mirror Symmetry for manifolds of general type
In this paper we outline a setup for Homological Mirror Symmetry for
manifolds of general type. Both Physics and Categorical perspectives are

Discrete isometry groups of symmetric spaces
This survey is based on a series of lectures that we gave at MSRI in Spring
2015 and on a series of papers, mostly written jointly with Joan Porti. Our
goal here is to:
1. Describe a class of discrete subgroups of higher rank
semisimple Lie groups, which exhibit some "rank 1 behavior".
2. Give different characterizations of the subclass of Anosov subgroups,
which generalize convex-cocompact subgroups of rank 1 Lie groups, in terms of
various equivalent dynamical and geometric properties (such as asymptotically
embedded, RCA, Morse, URU).
3. Discuss the topological dynamics of discrete subgroups on flag
manifolds associated to and Finsler compactifications of associated
symmetric spaces . Find domains of proper discontinuity and use them to
construct natural bordifications and compactifications of the locally symmetric
spaces .Comment: 77 page
Some moduli spaces of curves and surfaces : topology and Kodaira dimension
This thesis deals with the study of the cohomology and the Kodaira dimension of some moduli spaces. In the first part we compute the intersection Betti numbers of the GIT models of two moduli spaces. They parametrize non-hyperelliptic Petri-general curves of genus four and numerically polarized Enriques surfaces of degree two respectively. In both cases, the strategy of the cohomological calculation relies on a general method developed by Kirwan to compute the cohomology of GIT quotients of projective varieties. This procedure is based on the equivariantly perfect stratification of the unstable points studied by Hesselink, Kempf, Kirwan and Ness, and a partial resolution of singularities, called the Kirwan blow-up. In the second part of the thesis, we study the moduli spaces of elliptic K3 surfaces of Picard number at least three, i.e.\ -polarized K3 surfaces. Such moduli spaces are proved to be of general type for . The proof relies on the low-weight cusp form trick developed by Gritsenko, Hulek and Sankaran
Graph clustering by flow simulation
In feite
