In business practice the paradigm has changed from global business to hybrid business. This shift requires a new quality of management education in order to bring out next-generation managers and leaders. The aim of the research is to shape an approach to management education through interdisciplinary research underpinning elaboration of a hypothesis on an innovative approach to preparing next-generation managers and leaders within management education. The meaning of the key concepts of ā€œapproachā€ and ā€œprinciplesā€ is studied. Moreover, the study demonstrates how the key concepts are related to the idea of ā€œmanagement educationā€. The study shows how the steps of the process are related following a logical chain: analysis of the terms ā€œapproachā€, ā€œprinciplesā€ and ā€œconditionsā€ ā†’ approach to management education ā†’ conclusions. The novel contribution of this paper is the hypothesis on an innovative approach to preparing next-generation managers and leaders within management education

Ranking implemented in the English for Academic Purposes course helps in selecting appropriate sub-topics to be obtained by students. The aim of the present research is to compare teacherā€™s and studentsā€™ ranking of topics of the English for Academic Purposes course delivered to master of engineering students underpinning the elaboration of implications for the advancement of the English for Academic Purposes course. Research methods applied include the use of theoretical as well as empirical methods. Theoretical methods imply analysis of theoretical sources and theoretical modelling. The empirical study was characterized by its explorative nature. The empirical study was based on a survey carried out with 10 engineering master students of the Master programme ā€œInformation and Electrical Engineeringā€ at Hochschule Wismar, Germany. The data were interpreted and summarized. The summarizing content analysis allows proposing that the students positively evaluated the majority of the sub-topics of the delivered English for Academic Purposes course. The hypothesis was formulated. Implications for the advancement of the English for Academic Purposes course were identified. Directions of future work were proposed. The novelty of the research is revealed by the formulated hypothesis as well as implication

The expansion of adult education has been presented as an effective strategy to solve the issues in adult employment. The aim of the present research is to analyse the field work carried out in Nuuk (Greenland) on the development of adult learnersā€™ 21st century skills in Greenland underpinning the elaboration of implications for adult education in Greenland. The methods of the present research comprise both theoretical and empirical methods. The empirical study was based on fieldwork. Two on-site visits in Nuuk between the 8-12th August 2022 were carried out. Observation and participant observation were implemented. A semi-structured interview with two interviewees was conducted. The literature review allows for a conclusion that adult education in Greenland is mentioned neither in Greenland educational policy documents or scientific publications. Despite that, the analysis of the implemented fieldwork allows drawing a conclusion that adult education has been established on a municipal level like the centre Majoriaq, and on a non-governmental level like Kofoeds Skole. Both theoretical and empirical analysis contribute to the conclusion that adult learnersā€™ 21st century skills in Greenland are being developed. However, these skills would need more joint work from all the adult education stakeholders.

The paper aims to explore sustainability from both the external and internal perspectives underpinning the implementation of the empirical study within an English for Academic Purposes course at a Master level in the COVID-19 pandemic. The research is based on the methodology of the development of the system of the external and internal perspectives. The exploratory type of the case study was employed. The interpretive paradigm was used in the research. The observation was conducted on the 23rd August 2020. The sample was composed of the 10 international students of the Master programme ā€œInformation and Electrical Engineeringā€ at Hochschule Wismar, Germany. The theoretical research defines the external and internal sustainability. The empirical finding is that the COVID-19 pandemic has influenced the organizational aspect of the English for Academic Purposes course (timetable, classroom arrangements, group work organization). Another finding is that the implemented English for Academic Purposes course is partially sustainable and requires its dynamic equilibrium and localized robustness to be adjusted. Implications for higher education aimed at increasing both the external and internal sustainability in education imply the implementation of the combination of evaluation, namely external evaluation, mutual evaluation, and self-evaluation, jointly carried out by all the process participants

Recently, market orientation has drawn significant attention in the manufacturing sector because of its noteworthy impact on performance. The relationship between market orientation and organizational performance has been widely investigated by many academics and practitioners. However, the relationship is not yet fully understood. This study explored the mediation effect of supply chain innovation and efficiency on the relationship between market orientation and organizational performance. Six hypotheses including direct and mediation effects were tested in the study. Additionally, structural equation modelling (SEM) approaches were used to collect data from 314 Iranian companies in the manufacturing sector of Tehran, Shiraz and Kermanshah which are listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange (TSE). Managers of these organizations including middle, executive and top managers were identified as respondents for the questionnaire survey. This study used Amos to analyze the data. Findings suggest that market orientation is positively and significantly related to supply chain innovation, and efficiency has a direct positive and significant impact on organizational performance. In addition, it is evident from the study that the relationship between market orientation and organizational performance is partially mediated by supply chain innovation and efficiency. The findings have provided valuable insights to guide manufacturers to collectively improve organizational performance through supply chain innovation and efficiency. Recommendations on how to improve market orientation and organizational performance through supply chain management are provided accordingly. Further, through supply chain management, market orientation can assist firms to enlarge customer value, customer satisfaction, and competitive advantage and supply chain memberā€˜s capabilities that can support their ultimate goals in achieving sustainable performance
