    This research is intended to examine the influence of motivation intrinsic and emotional intelligence to the state senior high school teachers' work performance with the moderation of transformational leadership style. The specific purpose of this research is to examine the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers' work performance. The USAge of this research is to explain and expand the previous research about the role of transformational leadership style moderates the influence of intrinsic motivation and emotional intelligence to the teachers' work performance. This research used the population of 116 teachers of state senior high school in Pati District, Pati Regency. The technique of sample collection used in this research is non-probability sampling with the purposive method. The analysis technique used in this research is regression model moderate quasi. Based on the research result can be conduded that: intrinsic motivation influences teachers' work performance, emotional intelligence influences the teachers' work performance, transformational leadership style do not moderate the influence of intrinsic motivation to teachers' work performance, , transformational leadership style strengthen the influence of emotional intelligence to the teachers' workperformance

    The general objective to be achieved in this research is to examine the professional competence and discipline against the performance of teacher motivation, while the goals are mediated in particular is a professional competence test influence of motivation, test the influence of the discipline of a professional test the motivation, competence of the teacher's performance, test the influence of discipline against the performance of teachers and test the effects of motivation on performance of teachers. This study examines the influence of professional competence and discipline on performance teacher mediated motivation. In this study involved 152 people respondents, all of whom is father/mother teacher PNS and GTT JUNIOR Country Se-Town garden, Pemalang. The benefits of this research there are two (2), namely: teoristis benefits can serve as a study material to enrich, broaden and deepen the concept and theory of professional competence, discipline, motivation and performance of teachers, while the practical benefits as 1. the Foundation for similar researchers with regard to professional competence, discipline, motivation and performance of teachers. 2. become inputs to the school, academia, Government, and education service district/city and Government in an attempt to improve the performance of teachers

    This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of job characteristics andcompetence of the teacher's performance with the mediation of job satisfaction inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency. Sampling was done by census method so that all teachers who work inSMP Muhammadiyah of Pati regency, amounting to 99 people as respondents.Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents and allquestionnaires were returned with complete. Mechanical testing data used includetest validity by factor analysis, reliability testing with Cronbach's alpha formula,multiple regression analysis, and the significance test, the coefficient ofdetermination to prove the truth of the research hypothesis and test mediation.The results showed that; job characteristics and competencies of teachershas positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, job characteristics andcompetencies of teachers has positive and significant impact on teacherperformance, job satisfaction is not able to mediate the effect of job characteristicson teacher performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate the effect of theinfluence on the performance of teachers' competence

    Studies in this study about the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. The issues raised in this study were: (1) examine the influence of organizational culture, motivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance. (2) to test whether organizational commitment mediates the organizational culture and motivation of the teacher\u27s performance. The population was 219 elementary school teachers in UPT Dindikbud Doro Pekalongan. Retrieval of data using the formula Slovin population. Using multiple regression analysis model. Results of the study: (1) organizational culture are statistically significant and potif toward organizational commitment, (2) motivation significant and positive impact on organizational commitment, (3) organizational culture proved significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (4) motivation significant and positf on teacher performance, (5) organizational commitment significant and positive impact on teacher performance, (6) organizational commitment mediates the effect is not proven organizational culture on teacher performance. (7) notproven organizational commitment mediates the effect of motivation on teacher performance

    This study examined the role of the Moderating Effect of Organizational Culture Intrinsic Motivation, Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance of State High School Teachers in District Taman. The specific objectives of the study is to examine how the Moderating Role of Organizational Culture Influence Intrinsic Motivation , Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance Teachers in District Taman. This study describes the USAbility and extend previous research on the Effect of Intrinsic Motivation Emotional Intelligence and competence professionel on Performance Master. The population in this study were high school teachers in the district Taman State totaling 156 people. In this study using primary data obtained by questionnaire. The research method using a computerized approach to the statistical program SPSS ( Statistical Package for Social Science ). The method of data analysis used linear regression to test the moderating effects. The results showed that intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant impact on performance. Emotional intelligence has is not positive and not significant impact on performance. Competence Professionel has a positive and significant impact on performance .. Organizational culture moderates the effect of intrinsic motivation has an effect on performance is not positive and not significant. While organizational culture moderates the influence of emotional intelligence is not significant to the performance of teachers. Organizational culture moderates the effec of competence professional is not significant to the performance of theachers.

    This study aims to examine and analyze whether the effect of workmotivation and organizational commitment on teacher performance withorganizational climate as moderated variable in State Elementary School DistrictWinong of Pati regency.Sampling was done by purposive sampling method so that all teacherswho work in State Elementary School District Winong of Pati regency totaling158 as respondents.     This study aimed to analyze the role of the Leadership Principal Moderating Effect of Professional Competence and Motivation for Primary Teachers performance throughout the District Talun Pekalongan. In this study population all primary school teachers in the district Talun civil servants, whereas samples taken as many as 136 people as respondents with purposive sampling technique. Measurements using a Likert scale of 5 (five) alternative answers. Test instruments used are validity and reliability. While the test model used is the coefficient of determination and F test (goodnes of Fit). Test this hypothesis using regression analysis. Based on the results of the study can be summarized as follows: (i) Professional Competence positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (ii) Work Motivation positive and significant impact on teacher performance, (iii) Leadership Principal has no effect on teacher performance, (iv) Leadership Principal does not moderate the influence of professional competence of the teacher performance, (v) Leadership Principal Work Discipline does not moderate influence on Teacher Performance
