本研究对富含Bi2O3无铅微晶封接玻璃的制备、性能和应用进行了研究;分别利用傅立叶转变红外分析测试仪(FTIR)、拉曼光谱分析仪、X-射线衍射分析仪(XRD)、示差扫描量热分析仪(DSC)、热膨胀系数仪(DIL)和超高电阻测试仪等分别对该封接玻璃的结构、析晶、玻璃化转变温度(Tg)、玻璃软化温度(Tf)、热膨胀系数(α)和电阻率(ρ)等进行研究。 本文理论研究方面,包含下述3项内容。其中,在第(二)项和第(三)项中特别研究了采用“模压成型—热处理方法”制备的样品过程中,热处理温度对其Tg、Tf、α和ρ等的影响。 (一)研究了B2O3在ZnO—Bi2O3—B2O3系统无铅微晶封接玻璃(ZBB...The preparation, properties and applications of Bi2O3-rich lead-free sealing glass-ceramics has been deeply discussed in this investigation.
