Modified Epoxy Resins by POSS-Based Copolymers Containing Phosphorus

Abstract

高度交联的固化网络结构使得环氧树脂制品的质地较脆;与大多数高分子材料一样,环氧树脂主要组成元素为C、H、O,属于可燃材料。韧性和阻燃性能的不足限制了它更为广阔的用途。POSS是单纳米尺度的有机/无机杂化分子,它能够纳米增强基体树脂,无机的Si—O—Si结构可提高基体的热性能。磷、硅协同阻燃因高效、无卤、环保而备受研究者重视。本文合成了POSS基含磷无规共聚物P(MAiBuPOSS-co-HEP-co-HEMA),并用于改性环氧树脂;合成了POSS基含磷嵌段共聚物PMAiBuPOSS-b-PHEPO,并用于纳米构筑环氧树脂。 1.通过调节单体的投料比合成了不同Si、P元素含量的三元无规共聚物P...Epoxy resins (EP) which has excellent performances is one of the most widely used thermoset polymers.
