This volume brings together papers and abstracts from the Eleventh Annual Himalayan Policy Research Conference (HPRC) held at the Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor's Club in Madison, WI. The event was a pre-conference proceeding of the 45th South Asian Conference at the University of Wisconsin, Madison on October 20, 2016.
