Abstract

El cine de Ripstein se construye sobre algunas constantes reconocibles que lo hace particular. Es preciso “leerlo” como un texto que nos habla de un mundo injusto y despiadado, de las relaciones de poder, de la familia, del dinero, de las pasiones, de lo racional y de lo irracional del ser humano. En definitiva, que nos habla de la vida y la muerte, de la lucha de las pulsiones como voluntad de poder, que se manifiestan como verdad a través de la obra de arte. Este estudio trata sobre la forma en que el autor utiliza la inversión de las reglas del melodrama y elementos de la tragedia griega clásica para abordar dichos temas en el México [email protected]'s cinema is built on some recognizable constants that makes its particular world.
