The study examines the role of social media platforms in the socio-cultural integration of international students within host countries. It demonstrates that digital environments facilitate language practice, emotional support, and cultural adaptation, helping students overcome barriers such as culture shock, social isolation, and communication difficulties. The findings highlight that effective integration depends on the balanced and purposeful use of social media alongside active offline engagement
