Intervención de enfermería en terapia de presión negativa en heridas abdominales

Abstract

Objective: To describe nursing interventions in NPT applied to abdominal wounds. Method: Qualitative, descriptive, non-experimental study. Systematic literature review in Elsevier, Scielo, PubMed, Google Scholar, and university repositories; DeCS: Nursing Intervention, Negative Pressure Therapy, Wounds. Twenty-six sources were included. Results: NPWT is the most acceptable option for the management of chronic wounds; however, data on the optimal duration of use are lacking, and there is no standardized protocol. Conclusions: NPWT is established as an essential tool in complex wounds, effective in promoting healing and preventing complications.Objetivo: Describir las intervenciones de enfermería en TPN aplicadas a heridas abdominales. Método: Estudio cualitativo, descriptivo, no experimental. Revisión bibliográfica sistemática en Elsevier, Scielo, PubMed, Google Académico y repositorios universitarios; DeCS: Intervención de Enfermería, Terapia de Presión Negativa, Heridas. Se incluyeron 26 fuentes. Resultados: La TPN resulta la opción más aceptable para el manejo de heridas crónicas; sin embargo, faltan datos sobre el tiempo óptimo de uso y no existe un protocolo estandarizado.
