Abstract

El artículo presenta avances preliminares del Nodo Salta del proyecto federal PICTO-2022 REDES, que analiza las políticas de Formación Docente Continua en Argentina entre 2020 y 2023. El estudio se focaliza en la gestión y normativa de la provincia de Salta en el contexto de la pandemia; identificando progresos en la creación de una Dirección General específica, en la elaboración de marcos regulatorios y en la ampliación de la oferta gratuita para niveles obligatorios. Sin embargo, persisten desafíos estructurales vinculados con la fragmentación del sistema, la postergación del Nivel Superior y la lógica acreditadora centrada en el puntaje. Se plantea la necesidad de políticas integrales que articulen niveles, reconozcan la diversidad docente y fortalezcan prácticas reflexivas y colaborativas con anclaje territorial. The article presents preliminary findings from the Salta Node of the federal PICTO-2022 REDES project, which analyses continuing teacher training policies in Argentina between 2020 and 2023. The study focuses on the management and regulations of the province of Salta in the context of the pandemic, identifying progress in the creation of a specific General Directorate, in the development of regulatory frameworks, and in the expansion of free provision for compulsory levels. However, structural challenges remain, linked to the fragmentation of the system, the postponement of higher education, and the accreditation logic centred on scoring. There is a need for comprehensive policies that articulate levels, recognise teaching diversity, and strengthen reflective and collaborative practices with a territorial anchor.Fil: Soria, María Gabriela.
