Modern aspects of ensuring economic and information security of e-commerce enterprises

Abstract

У статті досліджено сучасні аспекти забезпечення інформаційно-економічної безпеки підприємств інтернет-торгівлі в умовах цифрової трансформації та формування BANI-середовища, що характеризується крихкістю, тривожністю, нелінійністю та незрозумілістю зовнішніх процесів. Наголошено, що прискорення цифровізації економіки, поширення цифрових платформ та зростання обсягів електронної комерції формують нові умови функціонування підприємств, у яких інформація стає ключовим стратегічним ресурсом. Обґрунтовано, що в таких умовах традиційні підходи до забезпечення економічної безпеки втрачають достатню ефективність і потребують адаптації до нових ризиків цифрового середовища. Особливу увагу приділено зростанню рівня невизначеності та ризиків, що супроводжують цифрові бізнес-моделі, а також необхідності впровадження комплексного підходу до управління безпекою. Узагальнено наукові підходи до трактування економічної та інформаційної безпеки підприємства, визначено їх інтеграційний характер та системоутворюючу роль інформаційної складової. Запропоновано авторське визначення інформаційно-економічної безпеки як комплексного багаторівневого стану захищеності економічних інтересів підприємства в умовах цифрового середовища, що забезпечується узгодженим функціонуванням організаційних, інформаційних та управлінських механізмів. Ідентифіковано ключові загрози діяльності підприємств інтернет-торгівлі. Систематизовано основні функціональні аспекти забезпечення безпеки, включаючи: фінансову, інформаційно-економічну, організаційно-управлінську, правову, техніко-технологічну, кадрову та репутаційну компоненти. Доведено, що ефективність системи інформаційно-економічної безпеки визначається рівнем її інтеграції, здатністю до швидкого реагування на загрози та впровадженням проактивних підходів до управління ризиками в умовах цифрової трансформації. The article examines contemporary aspects of ensuring information and economic security of e-commerce enterprises under conditions of digital transformation and the formation of a BANI environment characterized by brittleness, anxiety, non-linearity, and incomprehensibility of external processes. It is emphasized that the acceleration of economic digitalization, the spread of digital platforms, and the growth of e-commerce volumes create new operating conditions for enterprises, in which information becomes a key strategic resource. It is substantiated that under such conditions, traditional approaches to ensuring economic security lose sufficient effectiveness and require adaptation to new risks of the digital environment. Special attention is paid to the increasing level of uncertainty and risks accompanying digital business models, as well as the need to implement a complex approach to security management. Scientific approaches to interpreting the economic and information security of an enterprise are generalized, and their integrative nature as well as the system-forming role of the information component are identified. The author proposes a definition of information and economic security as a complex multi-level state of protection of an enterprise’s economic interests in a digital environment, ensured through the coordinated functioning of organizational, informational, and managerial mechanisms. Key threats to the activities of e-commerce enterprises are identified. The main functional aspects of security are systematized, including: financial, informational and economic, organizational and managerial, legal, technical and technological, personnel and reputational components. It is proven that the effectiveness of the information and economic security system is determined by the level of integration of these components, its ability to respond quickly to threats, and the implementation of proactive approaches to risk management under conditions of digital transformation
