Administrative and legal principles of control over service in the National Police of Ukraine

Abstract

У дисертації наведено теоретичне узагальнення й нове вирішення наукового завдання, яке полягає у визначенні сутності, змісту та особливостей адміністративно-правових засад здійснення контролю за проходженням служби в Національній поліції, а також шляхів їх удосконалення. У результаті проведеного дослідження сформульовано низку нових висновків, пропозицій та рекомендацій, спрямованих на досягнення поставленої мети.The thesis provides a theoretical generalisation and a new solution to the scientific task, which consists in determining the essence, content and features of the administrative and legal principles of control over service in the National Police of Ukraine (hereinafter National Police), as well as ways to improve them. As a result of the research, a number of new conclusions, proposals and recommendations aimed at achieving the set goal have been formulated
