Abstract

the dataset contains the quantitative data regarding immune cell infiltration in a case series of canine soft tissue sarcoma. Immune cells were quantified by immunohistochemistry followed by image analysis on digitalised sections. Markers used to detect immune cells were: CD20 (B cells), CD3 (T cells), FOXP3, (Treg cells), Iba-1 (macrophages), CD204 (M2-like macrophages). For each case the age, breed and sex of the affected animal were also collected.
