Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo principal diseñar e implementar estrategias de comercialización y posicionamiento del banano no apto para exportación en el mercado local, con el fin de reducir el desperdicio alimentario y aprovechar el potencial económico de esta fruta en condiciones subestándar.The main objective of this paper is to design and implement marketing and positioning strategies for non-exportable bananas in the local market, in order to reduce food waste and harness the economic potential of this fruit in substandard conditions.EspecializaciónEspecialista en Gestion de Agronegocio
