Abstract

Este estudio tuvo el propósito de establecer la relación entre el estrés académico y hábito de estudio en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa pública de Chorrillos.El estudio tuvo una metodología en base a un método hipotético deductivo. enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, un diseño no experimental y corte trasversal, y nivel correlacional. La muestra estuvo compuesta por150 estudiantes, tanto varones como mujeres, a quienes se les aplicó dos instrumentos que son: Inventario sistémico cognitivista de estrés académico de SISCO y el Inventario de hábitos de estudio CASM – 85(Revisado por Vicuña, 1998) para analizar las variables estudiadas los resultados descriptivos fueron que, en el es tres académico, la mayoría de estudiantes de la muestra presentaron un 48,7% que corresponde a a un nivel regular y en hábitos de estudio prevalece la tendencia negativa en un 48,7%. Siendo las conclusiones que, existe una relación estadísticamente significativa, baja entre el estrés académico y hábitos de estudio en estudiantes de secundaria de una institución educativa Publica de Chorrillos, 2024. Rho: (-.177 y p<0.05).The main objective of the research was to establish the relationship between academic stress and study habits in high school students of a public educational institution in Chorrillos. The study had a methodology based on a hypothetical deductive method. quantitative approach, basic type, a non-experimental design and cross-section, and correlational level. The sample was composed of 150 students, both male and female, to whom two instruments were applied: SISCO's systemic cognitivist inventory of academic stress and the CASM-85 Inventory of study habits (Reviewed by Vicuña, 1998) to analyze the variables studied. The descriptive results were that, in the academic three, the majority of students in the sample presented 48.7% that corresponds to a regular level and in study habits the negative trend prevails in 48.7%. The conclusions are that there is a statistically significant, low relationship between academic stress and study habits in high school students of a public educational institution in Chorrillos, 2024.
