Una mirada psicoanalítica sobre la práctica en recursos de rehabilitación psicosocial en personas con psicosis

Abstract

This article describes and examines the practice of psychosocial rehabilitation resources for individuals with mental illness from a psychoanalytic approach. Psychoanalysis offers a framework to give depth and meaning to an institutional practice that might appear straightforward at first glance, perhaps because it operates within the everyday lives of both the resources and the individuals in care. What is being done, and for what purpose? This is the question the article attemps to address. Throughout the text, key elements necessary to ensure effective institutional practices that have a positive impact on individuals are discussed. Particular emphasis is placed on avoiding the normalization of people’s lives and behaviors, and fostering a living environment that colonizes the death drive. Lastly, the main challenges and obstacles that must be confronted to sustain this approach are discussed.El presente texto describe y profundiza en la práctica de los dispositivos de Rehabilitación Psicosocial para personas con enfermedad mental articulándola con la teoría psicoanalítica. La teoría psicoanalítica permite pensar y dotar de sentido una práctica institucional que se muestra simple a primera vista, quizá porque su trabajo se realiza en la cotidianidad de los recursos y de la vida de las personas atendidas. Qué se hace y para qué es la pregunta que trata de desplegarse. A lo largo del texto se comentan aspectos a salvaguardar para garantizar una buena práctica institucional que tenga efectos beneficiosos en los sujetos. Se hace especial hincapié en la importancia de evitar la normalización y homogeneización de los sujetos y de favorecer un ambiente vital que colonice la pulsión de muerte.
