Wellness Wednesday- Managing Stress and Procrastination

Abstract

The main topic I decided to base my lesson on was “Stress Management.” The specific areas I chose to explore were organization, exercise, relaxation, and making time for fun. The transition from high school to college can be very difficult, and for me personally, my biggest struggle was maintaining a good balance between my academic and social life.
