Zakres działania zarządu gminy wiejskiej po uchwaleniu ustawy z 23 marca 1933 roku o częściowej zmianie ustroju samorządu terytorialnego

Abstract

The study analyses the scope of activity of the municipal executive board after the law was passed in 1933. The author characterises the scope of activity of the collegial and one-person municipal executive board on the basis of the legal acts, but also shows the practical activity of this body. It was pointed out that the mayor of the commune had a very wide range of competences, was the superior and host in the commune, represented the commune in all matters, and managed the entire administration and economy of the commune.  W opracowaniu poddano analizie zakres działania zarządu gminy wiejskiej po uchwaleniu ustawy w 1933 roku. Autor charakteryzuje zakres działania kolegialnego i jednoosobowego zarządu gminy w oparciu o akty prawne, ale także ukazuje praktyczną działalność tego organu. Zwrócono uwagę, iż wójt posiadał bardzo szeroki zakres kompetencji, był zwierzchnikiem i gospodarzem w gminie, reprezentował gminę we wszystkich sprawach, kierował całą administracją i gospodarką gminy. &nbsp
