Study on Consumer Buying Behaviour for Ayurveda Vs Allopathy

Abstract

This study aims to understand how consumers decide between Ayurveda and Allopathy when choosing medical treatment. The research focuses on what influences people more – natural and traditional healing methods like Ayurveda, or fast scientific healing treatments like Allopathy. The study tries to find out the key factors such as trust, price, brand awareness, and recommendations from family or doctors that shape consumer preferences. Through a survey, I tried to analyze how people think, what they prefer for different types of health problems, and how often they switch between the two systems of medicine. The results help us understand changing consumer trends and what drives their decisions in the healthcare market. The research will be useful for healthcare companies, marketers and others to design better products and services according to consumer expectations
