Desarrollo estructural de prototipo prefabricable para topografía irregular

Abstract

This paper presents the design and structural analysis of a housing prototype intended for rugged terrain. The design development process has been conceived to allow for construction using various technologies and building systems in certified wood, complying with Spanish regulations, given that the proposal was presented and reviewed in Spain. However, its adaptation to tropical climates has been considered, specifically to the Central American region, where the author originally conceptualized the design. It should be noted that the main focus of this development is the method of calculating an architectural idea and how technical feasibility is achieved through structural analysis, with both architectural and structural design exercises complementing each other.Se presenta el diseño y análisis estructural de un prototipo habitacional destinado a terrenos de topografía accidentada. El proceso de desarrollo del diseño ha sido concebido para permitir su construcción utilizando diversas tecnologías y sistemas constructivos en madera certificada, cumpliendo con la normativa española, dado que la propuesta fue presentada y revisada en España. Sin embargo, se ha considerado su adaptación a climas tropicales, específicamente a la región centroamericana, donde la autora originalmente conceptualizó el diseño. Se hace notar que la principal acotación en este desarrollo, es el método de cálculo de una idea arquitectónica y de cómo se logra la factibilidad técnica, a través del análisis estructural, siendo ambos ejercicios de diseño, tanto el arquitectónico como el estructural, complementarios entre sí
