Сучасні виклики для міграційної політики: правові, освітні та історичні аспекти

Abstract

До збірника ввійшли наукові статті та повідомлення викладачів, студентів, учених та аспірантів ЗВО і наукових установ, викладачів закладів вищої та фахової передвищої освіти, вчителів шкіл, виголошені під час проведення ІІІ науково-практичного круглого столу «Сучасні виклики для міграційної політики: правові, освітні та історичні аспекти», присвяченого актуальним питанням європейської міграційної політики, історії та права і проведеного в межах реалізації освітнього проєкту «101098859-EU4Migration-ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH-UA-IBA / ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH «Міграційна політика та право ЄС у контексті цілей сталого розвитку» напряму «Жан Моне» програми Еразмус+».The collection includes scholarly articles and reports by lecturers, students, researchers, and postgraduate students from higher education and research institutions, as well as lecturers from higher and professional pre-higher education institutions and school teachers. These contributions were presented during the 2nd Scientific and Practical Round Table “Contemporary Challenges for Migration Policy: Legal, Educational and Historical Aspects”, dedicated to current issues of European migration policy, history, and law. The event was held within the framework of the educational project “101098859-EU4Migration-ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH-UA-IBA / ERASMUS-JMO-2022-HEI-TCH-RSCH Migration Policy and EU Law in the Context of Sustainable Development Goals” under the Jean Monnet Actions of the Erasmus+ Programme.The collection includes scholarly articles and reports by lecturers, students, researchers, and postgraduate students from higher education and research institutions, as well as lecturers from higher and professional pre-higher education institutions and school teachers.
