Background
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) maintain homeostasis and tissue regeneration. Although MSCs are recognized as potential
candidates for regenerative therapies, their function and differentiation can be influenced by various factors, including stress,
the microenvironment, and immune cells such as macrophages. Macrophages are in direct contact with MSCs, but the
impact of their depletion on MSCs under chronic stress conditions has yet to be examined. The Abstract Book of European Hematology Association’s 30th Annual Congress - EHA2025 Congress, June 12-15 2025, Milan, Ital
