MANAJEMEN BURSA KERJA KHUSUS DALAM PENYALURAN LULUSAN DI SMKN 1 SUBANG

Abstract

Menghadapi permasalahan pengangguran yang dialami lulusan SMK, maka penting untuk mengoptimalkan distribusinya di dunia kerja melalui Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan, dan keberhasilan BKK SMKN 1 Subang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Perencanaan BKK dimulai dengan membuat Rencana Kegiatan dan Anggaran Sekolah, evaluasi dari tahun sebelumnya, penerapan strategi, dan penyusunan program. 2) Pengorganisasian BKK dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah, wakasek Hubin, dan ketua BKK. Anggota BKK diangkat berdasarkan keahlian masing-masing dan disahkan melalui Surat Keputusan. 3) Pelaksanaan BKK meliputi penyebarluasan lowongan kerja, pendaftaran pencari kerja, penawaran lulusan, kerja sama dengan dunia kerja, memberikan pelatihan, rekrutmen alumni, penelusuran alumni, dan menyelenggarakan job fair. 4) Pengawasan BKK meliputi pengawasan internal dilaksanakan melalui komunikasi rutin dan permintaan laporan untuk memantau pelaksanaan program oleh kepala sekolah dan wakasek Hubin. Pengawasan eksternal dilakukan oleh Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Subang melalui laporan berkala tentang penyaluran lulusan. 5) Keberhasilan BKK SMKN 1 Subang ditandai dengan banyaknya kerja sama dengan industri, angka penyaluran lulusan lulusan ke dunia kerja sebanyak 56,50% pada tahun 2023 dan 60,10% pada tahun 2024, serta berbagai program BKK di SMKN 1 Subang juga sudah berjalan dengan baik. Secara keseluruhan, BKK SMKN 1 Subang sudah dikelola dengan terencana, terorganisasi, dan diawasi dengan baik, sehingga mampu menjalankan berbagai progra penyaluran lulusan ke dunia kerja secara efektif. Facing the problem of unemployment experienced by SMK graduates, it is important to optimize their distribution in the world of work through the Special Work Exchange (BKK). This study aims to analyze the planning, organization, implementation, supervision, and success of BKK SMKN 1 Subang. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The results showed that 1) BKK planning begins with making a School Activity and Budget Plan, evaluation of the previous year, strategy implementation, and program preparation. 2) The organization of BKK is carried out by the principal, the Head of Hubin Department, and the BKK chairman. BKK members are appointed based on their respective expertise and authorized through a decree. 3) BKK implementation includes disseminating job vacancies, registering job seekers, offering graduates, collaborating with the world of work, providing training, recruiting alumni, tracking alumni, and organizing job fairs. 4) BKK supervision includes internal supervision carried out through routine communication and requests for reports to monitor the implementation of the program by the principal and the Head of Hubin. External supervision is carried out by the Subang Regency Manpower Office through periodic reports on the distribution of graduates. 5) The success of BKK SMKN 1 Subang is marked by the number of collaborations with industry, the number of graduates' distribution to the world of work is 56.50% in 2023 and 60.10% in 2024, and various BKK programs at SMKN 1 Subang have also been running well. Overall, BKK SMKN 1 Subang is managed in a planned, organized, and well-supervised manner, enabling it to effectively implement various programs for placing graduates in the workforce
