СУЧАСНІ МЕТОДИ ПІДВИЩЕННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify methods for increasing enterprise efficiency under modern conditions. The article employs the system-analytical method; the grouping method to systematize factual data; and graphical and tabular methods to present analytical information. It has been determined that the application of modern management methods enhances enterprise efficiency by creating specific conditions, the most important of which are innovation, rapid response to changes in the external environment, and the utilization of digital technologies. Dynamic changes in the external and internal environments of a company require digital transformation of the management system, which should be based on iterative methods, taking into account employee suggestions, their enhanced responsibility, and transparent reporting to foster collaboration and improve team performance. The study established that a low level of innovation activity hinders the effectiveness of modern methods aimed at increasing enterprise efficiency. Furthermore, a slow organizational response to external factors, especially in the absence of active interdepartmental communication, amplifies the role of randomness and decreases the effectiveness of planned initiatives. The necessity of applying modern methods for enhancing enterprise efficiency, based on an information-system approach to management, in conditions of increased innovation activity and accelerated response through the implementation of digital technologies, is substantiated. The practical significance of the study lies in identifying and characterizing the conditions for utilizing modern methods to increase enterprise efficiency and achieve positive outcomes.Мета дослідження полягає у визначенні методів підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства у сучасних умовах. Під час написання статті використовувався системно-аналітичний метод; метод угруповань – для систематизації фактичних даних; графічний та табличний метод – для відображення аналітичної інформації. Визначено, що використання сучасних управлінських методів підвищує ефективність діяльності підприємства завдяки створенню особливих умов, з яких найбільш важливими є інноваційність, швидкість реакції на зміни зовнішнього середовища, використання цифрових технологій, та потребує цифрової трансформації системи управління на основі використання ітеративних методів з урахуванням пропозицій співробітників компанії. Встановлено, що низький рівень інноваційної активності та низька швидкість, з якою організація реагує на вплив різних зовнішніх факторів є перешкодою результативності використання сучасних методів підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства. Обґрунтовано необхідність використання сучасних методів підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства на основі інформаційно- системного підходу в управлінні. Практична значимість дослідження полягає у визначенні та характеристиці умов використання сучасних методів підвищення ефективності діяльності підприємства
