La caducidad y su aplicación en el Procedimiento Administrativo Disciplinario policial

Abstract

In the present article, the figure of administrative expiration is developed from the approach of police disciplinary administrative procedures. In that matter, the author approaches the subject from the analysis of Law No. 27444, Law of General Administrative Procedure, and the rules that shape the disciplinary regime of the National Peruvian Police. This work constitutes an important effort that consolidates the policys that must be followed by both the operators and the administrators of the Police Disciplinary System for the proper calculation of the expiration period.En el presente artículo, se desarrolla la figura de la caducidad administrativa desde el enfoque de los procedimientos administrativos disciplinarios policiales. En tal sentido, el autor aborda el tema a partir del análisis de la Ley N°27444, Ley del Procedimiento Administrativo General y las normas que conforman el régimen disciplinario de la Policía Nacional del Perú. Este trabajo constituye un esfuerzo importante que consolida las reglas que deben seguir tanto los operadores como los administrados del Sistema Disciplinario Policial para el correcto cómputo del plazo de caducidad
