Abstract

In the conviction that the law is like life itself and that of all the unimportant things, soccer is the most important, this article tries to find similarities and differences between the thinking of the referents of legal argumentation and that of football coaches who have left their mark on the sport. In the case of law, positions that proclaim weighting are reviewed, as well as one that defends it as a hard core; As far as soccer is concerned, ideas will be analyzed that despite the time that has elapsed remain valid and exalt their creators.Con el convencimiento de que el derecho es como la vida misma y de que de todas las cosas sin importancia, el fútbol es la más importante, este artículo trata de buscar similitudes y diferencias entre el pensamiento de los referentes de la argumentación jurídica con el de entrenadores de fútbol que han dejado huellas en el deporte. En el caso del derecho, se revisan posturas que pregonan la ponderación, así como una de ellas que la defiende como núcleo duro; en lo que al fútbol respecta, se analizarán ideas que, pese al tiempo transcurrido, se mantienen vigentes y distinguen a sus creadores
