A inclusão na sala de aula com base na diversidade cultural
Abstract
The problems of today's world are mostly related to education and culture. Colombia, not far removed from the global context, needs a new perspective on both social and cultural changes, demanding a teaching-learning process that reinforces attention to the different cultures and ethnic groups present in the classroom. This institutional demand for education is capturing the attention of many people in the field of education, and a growing number are convinced that it is necessary to improve the levels of rigor prevailing in the classroom as a measure to achieve higher levels of learning and the inclusion of all students. The objective of this paper is to argue the need for inclusion in the classroom based on cultural diversity in the teaching-learning process, supported by differentiated instruction.The problems of today's world are mostly related to education and culture. A Colômbia, que não está distante do contexto mundial, precisa de uma nova visão tanto para as mudanças sociais quanto culturais, exigindo um processo de ensino-aprendizagem que reforce a atenção às diferentes culturas e grupos étnicos presentes na sala de aula. A exigência institucional educativa está a captar a atenção de muitas pessoas no campo da educação, e cada vez mais pessoas estão convencidas de que é necessário melhorar os níveis de rigor que prevalecem na sala de aula, como uma medida para alcançar melhores níveis de aprendizagem e a inclusão de todos os alunos.
