Implementation of Village Funds for Community Development in Krembung Village, Krembung District, Sidoarjo Regency: Implementasi Dana Desa Untuk Pembangunan Masyarakat Desa Krembung, Kecamatan Krembung, Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of village funds for community development in Krembung Village, in accordance with regulations and planning. This research method is based on qualitative descriptive with purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation, as well as analysis starting from reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the findings of the first dimension, communication, there is still miscommunication between the community and village officials. Human resources are a barrier for the village in utilizing the current village funds, but financial resources are in accordance with the village budget allocation. Based on theory, the reaction has been good, and the willingness, ability, and commitment of implementers in using village funds. Support or the creation of appropriate structures, such as the creation of positive relationship patterns and in accordance with the responsibilities of each village official is demonstrated by the bureaucratic structure
