Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Dohody o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr a jejich analýza u vybraného zaměstnavatele“ se zabývá problematikou dohod o pracích konaných mimo pracovní poměr a jejich využitím ve vybrané společnosti Dohody. Teoretická část se věnuje právní, daňové a účetní úpravě dohod o provedení práce (DPP) a dohod o pracovní činnosti (DPČ). Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu těchto dohod ve vybrané společnosti. Výsledkem je formulace doporučení pro efektivní využití dohod ve vybrané společnosti.The bachelor’s thesis “Agreements on Work Performed Outside an Employment Relationship and Their Analysis at a Selected Employer” deals with the issue of agreements on work performed outside an employment relationship and their use within the selected company Dohody. The theoretical part focuses on the legal, tax, and accounting regulation of agreements on work performance (DPP) and agreements on working activity (DPČ). The practical part is focused on the analysis of these agreements within the selected company.
