Aspectos Dramáticos do Lísis: o cenário e as relações entre suas personagens

Abstract

Considering the fundamental interweaving in a Platonic dialogue – a multifaceted object – between its philosophical content and its dramatic construction, this article aims to highlight the tensions and contrasts among the characters in the Lysis, one of Plato’s early dialogues. The investigation confirms the presence of theoretical intentions and strategic choices made by the author in the scenic composition of the text and seeks to point out the role of the relationships between the characters in the elaboration of concepts and the logical-argumentative development of the work.Tendo em vista o entrelaçamento fundamental existente em um diálogo platônico, objeto multifacetado, entre seu aspecto filosófico e sua construção dramática, este artigo tem em vista evidenciar as tensões e contrastes entre as personagens do Lísis, diálogo platônico de juventude. A investigação confirma a presença de intenções teóricas e escolhas estratégicas feitas pelo autor na construção cênica do texto e visa apontar o papel das relações entre as personagens para a elaboração dos conceitos e o desenvolvimento lógico-argumentativo da obra
