Financial analysis and forecast of future development of Nobilis Tilia s.r.o.

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to evaluate the financial situation of the company Nobilis Tilia s.r.o. in the period from 2019 to 2023. The second aim of the thesis is to forecast its future development for the year 2024. The thesis consists of four chapters. The first and second chapters introduce the evaluated company and its competitors. The third chapter deals with the financial analysis of Nobilis Tilia s.r.o. and its subsequent comparison with competing companies. The fourth and final chapter focuses on the forecast of the company's future development.Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti Nobilis Tilia s.r.o. v období od roku 2019 do roku 2023. Druhým cílem práce je prognóza jejího budoucího vývoje pro rok 2024. Práce se skládá ze čtyř kapitol. Obsahem první a druhé kapitoly je představení posuzované společnosti a jejích konkurentů. Třetí kapitola se zabývá finanční analýzou Nobilis Tilia s.r.o. a následném porovnání s konkurenčními společnostmi. Obsahem čtvrté a zároveň poslední kapitoly je prognóza budoucího vývoje společnosti
