Desarrollo del módulo de activos fijos para el sistema web integrado de administración y control (siac) de la empresa asistecooper S.A. : fronted.

Abstract

La empresa Asistecooper S.A. enfrenta la necesidad de mejorar la gestión y control de sus activos fijos, cumpliendo con las normativas contables y legales vigentes. Por ello, solicita el desarrollo de un ""Módulo de Activos Fijos"" dentro de su Sistema Integrado de Administración y Control (SIAC). Este módulo permite gestionar de manera eficiente los activos de la empresa, facilitando tareas como el registro, administración, control y depreciación de bienes corporativos, lo que optimiza la gestión patrimonial y asegura el cumplimiento normativo. El desarrollo del módulo se centra en permitir al usuario ingresar, consultar y descargar reportes de activos, asegurando una adecuada administración a través de operaciones CRUD y la generación de informes en formatos txt y xls. El proyecto se desarrolla utilizando la metodología Scrum, lo que garantiza un enfoque ágil y flexible durante su implementación. Angular es la tecnología elegida para construir el frontend, siguiendo los estándares establecidos por el SIAC. Este documento incluye la identificación de los objetivos generales y específicos del proyecto, así como el alcance del módulo. Posteriormente, se describen las iteraciones (sprints) que se llevan a cabo para desarrollar las diferentes funcionalidades del sistema, desde la definición y codificación de productos hasta la depreciación de activos. Finalmente, se presentan los resultados obtenidos en cada fase de desarrollo, concluyendo con su implementación en producción.Asistecooper S.A. faces the need to improve the management and control of its fixed assets, complying with current accounting and legal regulations. Therefore, it requests the development of a ""Fixed Assets Module"" within its Integrated Administration and Control System (SIAC). This module allows for efficient management of the company's assets, facilitating tasks such as the registration, administration, control, and depreciation of corporate assets, which optimizes asset management and ensures regulatory compliance. The development of the module focuses on allowing the user to enter, consult, and download asset reports, ensuring proper administration through CRUD operations and the generation of reports in txt and xls formats. The project is developed using the Scrum methodology, which guarantees an agile and flexible approach during implementation. Angular is the technology chosen to build the frontend, following the standards established by the SIAC. This document includes the identification of the general and specific objectives of the project, as well as the scope of the module. The iterations (sprints) carried out to develop the system's various functionalities are then described, from product definition and coding to asset depreciation. Finally, the results obtained in each development phase are presented, concluding with its implementation in production
