У роботі розглядаються теоретичні аспекти управління результативністю діяльності підприємства. Проаналізовано фінансово-господарську діяльність та ділове середовище ТОВ «Мебель-Сервіс». Запропоновано заходи з удосконалення управління результативністю ТОВ «Мебель-Сервіс», що полягають оновленні виробничого обладнання.The work considers the theoretical aspects of managing the performance of an enterprise. The financial and economic activity and the business environment of LLC "Mebel-Service" are analyzed. Measures to improve performance management at LLC "Mebel-Service" are proposed, which consist in updating the production equipment
