Construction Management Project for the Construction of a Fire Station in Kamenica

Abstract

Ovaj završni rad obrađuje projekt organizacije građenja izgradnje vatrogasnog doma u Kamenici. Rad detaljno prikazuje sve faze pripreme i izvođenja radova na objektu javne i društvene namjene, uključujući analizu sudionika u gradnji, tehnički opis građevine, prikaz građevinskih radova (zemljanih, betonskih, tesarskih, zidarskih, izolacijskih), kao i shemu gradilišta te analizu cijena. Kroz dvije faze izvedeni su pripremni, zemljani, betonski, zidarski, tesarski i izolacijski radovi do razine prvog kata, spominju se i radovi treće faze koji će se izvesti ove godine. U radu se analizira i uspoređuje stvarna cijena izvođenja s ugovorenom cijena materijala i radova. Također je prikazan izračun trajanja izvedenih radova i gantogram, čime se dodatno ističe važnost planiranja u građevinskom projektu.This final thesis addresses the construction management project for the development of a fire station in Kamenica. The paper provides a detailed overview of all preparation and execution phases for a public and community-purpose facility, including an analysis of construction stakeholders, a technical description of the building, an outline of construction works (earthworks, concrete works, carpentry, masonry, and insulation), as well as a construction site layout and cost analysis.During the first two phases, preparatory, earth, concrete, masonry, carpentry, and insulation works were completed up to the first floor. The third phase, planned for execution later this year, is also referenced. The thesis includes a comparison between actual and contracted construction costs, focusing on material and labor price variations. Additionally, the paper features a duration analysis of the performed works and a Gantt chart, emphasizing the importance of planning in construction projects
