Abstract

The key point is to grasp the interaction logic between development planning and strategy, policy and other planning, enhance the authority, standardization, and conductivity of development planning through legislative means, theoretical research, and institutional mechanism construction, and accelerate the improvement of the national economic and social development planning system.
