Data for: Effects of a school-based water and hygiene intervention on the health and school attendance of kindergarten pupils in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: a cluster-randomised controlled trial

Abstract

Data and code to reproduce the analysis reported in “Effects of a school-based water and hygiene intervention on the health and school attendance of kindergarten pupils in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia: a cluster-randomised controlled trial”. These contain high-level information on 39 schools covered in the study (number of kindergarten pupils, kindergarten class sizes, gender parity in kindergarten enrolment) and pupil-level information on travel time to school, reported illnesses, number of days reported absent, and other information related to kindergarten pupils and their caregivers. These are supplemented by three STATA DO files intended to recreate the analysis
