A Study about Elements of Continual Management for Smal l and Medium Enterprises(SMEs)

Abstract

This paper examines the elements of continual management NOT for public organization or large enterprises BUT for the small and medium enterprises(SMEs). From the viewpoint of large enterprises, maintaining human resources or money supply or raw materials are not especially urgent problem at all. But for SMEs, those elements above are a matter of life and death. We further investigate into elements which maximize the achievement of organization under the context of SMEs management, stretching from prior study by P.F.Drucker
