Abstract
Presentation of qualitative research on the leadership styles and experiences of women principals in K-12 schools. This research paper sought to answer the following questions: What are the common characteristics, styles, strengths, weaknesses, and strategies in leadership among leaders and women in K-12 school principals? The presentation will also demonstrate the experiences of these women as they lead in what they call a “Boys Club.- text
