Abstract

For BHA patients with tumors (n = 6), the relative expression level of miR-222-3p in the adrenal vein on the tumor side was quantified. For BHA patients without tumors (n = 8), the relative expression level of miR-222-3p in the adrenal vein on the aldosterone-higher side was quantified. Relative expression level of miR-222-3p was quantified by qPCR. miR-191-5p was used as internal control.
