Abstract

تظهر الدراسة التاريخية لحياة البشرية وجود نوع من التخطيط المنهجي في تلبية احتياجات الإنسان، حتى أصبح التخطيط والتنظيم في الأعمال جزءًا لا يتجزأ من فطرة الإنسان، يُعرَّف التخطيط بأنه "اختيار الوسيلة المناسبة لتحقيق الهدف بشکل أفضل"، ويتضمن في جوهره عناصر أساسية، وهي: تحديد الهدف، تحديد الوسائل اللازمة للوصول إلى الهدف، وتحديد المدة الزمنية المطلوبة لتحقيقه، وبدون تحقق هذه العناصر، لا يمكن تحقيق التخطيط بشكل فعّال، لقد أولى الدين الإسلامي، كبرنامج شامل وكامل لتنظيم حياة البشرية، اهتمامًا خاصًا لموضوع التخطيط، من أجل تنفيذ أحكامه وتوجيه البشر نحو السعادة الحقيقية، كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم بوصفه أول مبلغ ومنفذ لأحكام الإسلام، شخصية استثنائية تتمتع بمواهب التخطيط والتنظيم، حيث تمكن، بفضل رعاية رب العالمين، ومن خلال تخطيطه الدقيق، من تربية عدد كبير من الأفراد في فترة زمنية قصيرة، وإقامة النظام الإسلامي، وهزيمة أعدائه ومناوئيه، في هذا البحث، بعد تقديم مفهوم التخطيط وبيان أهميته، سيتمُّ تناول الهجرة الناجحة للنبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من مكة إلى المدينة، وبناء المسجد النبوي، وإقامة عقد المؤاخاة بين المسلمين، وصياغة صحيفة المدينة، كأمثلة بارزة على التخطيط والتنظيم من قِبَل النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وذلك لإثبات أن التخطيط، كأسلوب إنساني قَيّم لم يكن نتاجا للتفكير الغربي الحديث.Historical studies of human life reveal various forms of planning designed to meet human needs, underscoring that planning and organization have become intrinsic to human nature. Planning is defined as "the selection of optimal means to achieve a goal efficiently" and comprises three core elements: defining the objective, identifying the necessary resources, and establishing the required timeframe. Without these components, effective planning is unattainable. Islam, as a comprehensive framework for human life, emphasizes planning to enact its laws and guide humanity toward true happiness. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the foremost messenger and executor of Islamic principles, exemplified exceptional planning and organizational skills. Through divine guidance and thorough strategy, he trained a large community in a short time, established the Islamic system, and overcame his adversaries. This study explores the concept and significance of planning, then examines key examples from the Prophet’s life—his successful migration from Mecca to Medina, the construction of the Prophet’s Mosque, the establishment of brotherhood among Muslims, and the drafting of the Constitution of Medina. These instances highlight his planning prowess, demonstrating that planning, as a valuable human practice, predates contemporary or Western thought
