Comparative analysis of dispositions of a business enterprise

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with dispositions of a business enterprise in the Czech Republic, focusing on the sale and deposit of the business enterprise. The aim of this diploma thesis is to examine the issues related to dispositions of the enterprise, to identity differences and similarities between the sale and deposit of the enterprise and to prepare comparative analysis of these transactions in the Czech Republic over selected period. The theoretical part of thesis determines legal regulations connected to dispositions of business enterprise. The diploma thesis deals in detail with the sale and deposit of the business enterprise, both from accounting and tax point of view. The practical part presents an analysis of such transactions over the past decade and contains an evaluation of the results of the analysis. This part of thesis is based on the publicly available data.Diplomová práce pojednává o transakcích s obchodním závodem v České republice se zaměřením na prodej a vklad obchodního závodu. Cílem této diplomové práce je rozebrat problematiku dispozicí s obchodním závodem, identifikovat rozdíly a podobnosti v případě prodeje a vkladu závodu a na teoretickém základě vypracovat komparativní analýzu těchto transakcí v České republice za zvolené období. V teoretické části práce jsou vymezeny právní předpisy, které upravují dispozice se závodem. Diplomová práce se podrobně zabývá prodejem a vkladem závodu, a to jak z účetního, tak i z daňového pohledu. V praktické části je provedena analýza transakcí s obchodním závodem za poslední desetiletí. Tato část práce vychází z veřejně dostupných dat. Závěr práce je věnován zhodnocení výsledků vypracované analýzy
