Abstract

The main aim of this thesis is to estimate the feasibility as well as spread the southern cuisine of Vietnam by establishing a Sai Gon restaurant. The thesis is divided into two main parts, which are the theoretical and the practical parts. The first part is the theoretical part that will introduce the concepts of business as well as the methods and tools to access analysis for the business plan (PEST, SWOT, Business Model Canvas, etc.). The next is the practical part which will use the tools of the above to deeply analyze the market as well as analyze risks as well as set out what should be done for Sai Gon restaurant.
