Abstract
Generacijski jaz u poslovnom okruženju proizlazi iz razlika u vrijednostima, radnim navikama i
pristupu tehnologiji među različitim generacijama. Cilj ovog rada je analizirati utjecaj
generacijskog jaza na poduzetnički uspjeh i inovativnost te istražiti strategije za učinkovito
upravljanje multigeneracijskim timovima. Rezultati pokazuju da razlike u komunikaciji,
donošenju odluka i korištenju tehnologije mogu uzrokovati izazove, ali i donijeti prednosti ako se
njima pravilno upravlja. Kombinacija iskustva starijih generacija i inovativnosti mlađih doprinosi
poslovnoj uspješnosti. Ključne strategije uključuju mentorske programe, poboljšanje
komunikacije i prilagodbu organizacijske kulture. Zaključno, uspješno upravljanje generacijskim
razlikama može poboljšati suradnju, inovativnost i prilagodljivost poduzeća tržišnim promjenama.The generational gap in the workplace arises from differences in values, work habits, and
approaches to technology among various generations. The aim of this paper is to analyze the
impact of the generational gap on entrepreneurial success and innovation, as well as to explore
strategies for effectively managing multigenerational teams. The results show that differences in
communication, decision-making, and technology use can pose challenges, but also offer
advantages when managed properly. A combination of the experience of older generations and the
innovation of younger ones contributes to business success. Key strategies include mentorship
programs, improved communication, and the adaptation of organizational culture. In conclusion,
successfully managing generational differences can enhance collaboration, innovation, and the
company’s adaptability to market changes
