Las deficiencias urbanas sobre la carrera tercera de la ciudad de Ibagué (Colombia)

Abstract

El urbanismo y la planificación urbana son aspectos importantes para el desarrollo de las ciudades, pues buscan mejorar la calidad de vida de los habitantes mediante un diseño eficiente y equitativo del espacio urbano. No obstante, en lugares como la ciudad de Ibagué, se enfrentan a constantes deficiencias que afectan su correcta implementación generando conflictos sociales desde el centro urbano hasta las zonas de periferia. Este artículo se centra en analizar cómo estas problemáticas urbanísticas impactan negativamente sobre la carrera tercera de Ibagué, explorando sus causas, consecuencias y posibles soluciones desde la Arquitectura. Se abordará de manera descriptiva estas deficiencias en materia de planificación urbana, destacando la importancia de encontrar soluciones integrales para mejorar la calidad urbana de los ciudadanos y promover un desarrollo integral en la ciudad musical. Urbanism and urban planning are important aspects for the development of cities, as they seek to improve the quality of life of the inhabitants through an efficient and equitable design of urban space. However, in places such as the city of Ibagué, they face constant deficiencies that affect their correct implementation, generating social conflicts from the urban center to the peripheral areas. This article focuses on analyzing how these urbanistic problems have a negative impact on the third race of Ibagué, exploring its causes, consequences, and workable solutions from the architectural point of view. These deficiencies in urban planning will be approached in a descriptive way, highlighting the importance of finding integral solutions to improve the urban quality of citizens and promote an integral development in the musical city.&nbsp
