El clima institucional y el desempeño docente en la Institución Educativa 0069 Machu Picchu- Distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho-2018

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo de investigación fue enfoca en determinar la relación existente entre el clima institucional y el desempeño docente en la IE 0069 “Machu Picchu”, Distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2018. Sigue un enfoque de carácter cuantitativo de tipo básico, además, su diseño fue no experimental, de corte descriptivo-correlacional y su método es hipotético deductivo. Fueron evaluados 20 docentes, a quienes se les suministró una encuesta, así mismo, como instrumentos se emplearon: un cuestionario sobre el clima institucional y otro sobre el desempeño docente. En conclusión, el estudio encontró que sí existe una relación significativa entre el clima institucional y desempeño docente en la IE 0069 “Machu Picchu” en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, 2018.The objective of this research work was focused on determining the relationship between the institutional climate and teaching performance at IE 0069 "Machu Picchu", San Juan de Lurigancho District, 2018. It follows a basic quantitative approach, in addition, its design was non-experimental, descriptive-correlational and its method is hypothetical deductive. 20 teachers were evaluated, who were given a survey, likewise, the following instruments were used: a questionnaire on the institutional climate and another on teaching performance. In conclusion, the study found that there is a significant relationship between the institutional climate and teaching performance at IE 0069 "Machu Picchu" in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho, 2018.Gestión y calidad educativa
