Project-Based Activities in Vocational Education Institutions as a Key to Intellectual Capital Development

Abstract

У статті розглядається значення проєктної діяльності як ефективного інструменту для розвитку інтелектуального капіталу здобувачів освіти. Проблематика дослідження полягає в необхідності адаптації освітніх процесів до сучасних викликів, таких як цифровізація, зміна ринку праці та вплив військового стану в Україні. Автор аналізує ключові компоненти проєктної діяльності, зокрема знання, навички, досвід, інновації та національно-патріотичне виховання, які є основними чинниками формування інтелектуального капіталу. Визначено, що залучення здобувачів освіти до проєктної роботи сприяє розвитку їхніх професійних компетенцій, критичного мислення, ініціативності та відповідальності.The article examines the significance of project-based activities as an effective tool for developing the intellectual capital of students. The research problem lies in the necessity of adapting educational processes to contemporary challenges such as digitalization, labor market transformation, and the impact of martial law in Ukraine. The author analyzes the key components of project-based activities, including knowledge, skills, experience, innovation, and national-patriotic education, which are fundamental factors in the formation of intellectual capital. It is determined that engaging students in project work contributes to the development of their professional competencies, critical thinking, initiative, and responsibility
