Javno mnijenje o programskom sadržaju Hrvatske televizije

Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu istražuje se javno mnijenje o programskom sadržaju Hrvatske televizije. Njegov cilj je doznati kakvo je mišljenje javnosti o programu koje Hrvatska televizija nudi na svojim programima HTV 1, HTV 2, HTV 3, HTV 4, te kakav je njihov utjecaj na gledatelje, odnosno jesu li gledatelji zadovoljni prikazanim programom. Hrvatska televizija osim 24-satnim prikazivanjem programa, svojim gledateljima nudi i druge sadržaje koji prenose njihov program poput društvenih mreža Facebooka, Twittera, Internetske stranice HRT-a, te aplikacije HRTi kojom gledateljima omogućuje da u bilo kojem trenutku prate njezin program iz zemlje i svijeta, ne više samo putem televizijskih uređaja, nego i kompjutera, te mobitela. Hrvatska televizija omogućuje i uslugu teleteksta, programa na zahtjev, prilagodbu programa osobama oštećena sluha, te specijaliziranih emisija. Kako bi se došlo do relevantnih podataka o javnom mnijenju o programskom sadržaju Hrvatske televizije provedeno je istraživanje na uzorku 125 ispitanika. Iz dobivenih rezultata vidljivo je da većina gledatelja Hrvatske televizije smatra kako HTV nudi programski sadržaj od društvenog značaja koji komercijalne televizijske kuće inače ne pružaju. Ispitanici nemaju povjerenje u informacije koje se plasiraju kroz programske sadržaje HTV-a, i nije potvrđena hipoteza da HTV djeluje kao javni servis svih hrvatskih građana.This diploma thesis explores public opinion on the program content of Croatian Television. The aim of this paper is to determine the public opinion about the program that Croatian Television offers on its programs HTV 1, HTV 2, HTV 3, HTV 4, what is their impact on viewers, and whether viewers are satisfied with the programs shown. In addition to the 24-hour program, Croatian Television offers its viewers other content that broadcasts their program, such as the social network Facebook, Twitter, the HRT website, and the HRTi application, which viewers can watch at any time by watching its program from countries and the world. no longer only through television devices, but also computers and mobile phones. Croatian Television also provides the service of teletext, programs on demand, adaptation of programs to hearing impaired, and specialized shows. In order to obtain relevant data on public opinion on the program content of Croatian Television, a survey was conducted on a sample of 125 respondents. The obtained results show that the majority of viewers of Croatian Television believe that HTV offers program content of social significance that commercial television companies do not normally provide. Respondents do not trust the information that is placed through HTV's programming, and the hypothesis that HTV acts as a public service for all Croatian citizens has not been confirmed
